How to Export Your Course as a SCORM File

Overview

In this tutorial, we'll guide you through the process of exporting your course as a SCORM file. This feature allows you to seamlessly package and share your course content in a widely accepted format, ensuring compatibility with various Learning Management Systems (LMS). Streamline your course distribution and integration with ease, enhancing both accessibility and flexibility for your learners.


Step tutorial

1. On the 'Course Builder' page of the course you want to export, click on the '↓' button to download your course in a SCORM file format.




NOTE: Downloading SCORM can also be accessed in Courses > Courses > Course List. Just click on the ellipsis located on the upper right corner of the course and click on 'Download SCORM'.





2. A modal will appear, allowing you to select between SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 versions. Click on your preferred version to proceed.




NOTE:
  1. This feature is completely available for users with an Annual Subscription.
  2. If you are on a Monthly Subscription, you are allowed to share via LTI, Embed Code or URL. To enable SCORM downloads, you can upgrade to an Annual Plan by following the tutorial on How to Manage Subscription and Inclusions.
  3. If you are on a Free Trial, a monthly plan user must request a change of subscription via a user with access to change subscriptions. In contrast, an annual plan user can either continue with a paid subscription by paying the first invoice in 'My Subscription' or wait for the invoice to be automatically debited from their account.
