How to Manage Subscription and Inclusions

IdeaOverview

In this tutorial, we'll be discussing the steps on how you can manage your subscription and inclusions.

Notes
Step tutorial

1. Go to your AICC site. From the homepage, click on the profile image in the top right corner, then choose 'My Subscription'.

2. Here, you'll see your current subscription, along with invoices and payment settings.

We will discuss each tab separately below to explore its contents.

Subscription

An overview of your current plan, plan amount, and plan payment deadline is shown in this section.

Although some inclusions are fixed, there are two that can be purchased to increase for the current month: 'Storage' and 'Generation Credits'.

  1. Extra Storage

To purchase extra storage, click the 'Purchase Extra Storage' button, enter your desired 'additional storage', then click 'Purchase'.

  1. Extra Generation Credits

To purchase extra generation credits, click the 'Purchase Extra Generations' button, select from the dropdown options, then click 'Purchase'.

Info
NOTE: For your reference, here is the pricing for the generation credit packs:

Invoice

Under invoice, all your transaction receipts (invoices) are listed. You can download them using the 'Download' button.

Payment Settings

Info
NOTE: Fill in the necessary information, ensuring that every detail is correct.

1. Under the payment settings, you will see the following information:
  1. Trading Name - Your company's registered name
  2. Billing Email - Where you want to receive your electronic statement
  3. Company Tax Number - Used for tax purposes and reporting
Once all required information is entered, don't forget to click 'Save'.

2. You can also change/update your credit card information by clicking the 'Replace Card' button.

3. If you wish to change your subscription, click the 'Change Subscription' button. After clicking the button, a pop-up window will appear to confirm the action.

The site will direct you to the subscription plan page if the 'Yes' button is clicked.

You can choose to view either a monthly or annual subscription by toggling the switch at the top.

Info
NOTE:
  1. Choosing the annual subscription will save you money.
  2. If you decide to upgrade from a monthly subscription to an annual plan, the annual term will start from the date you decide to upgrade.

    Here is an example:
    1. You are on a monthly plan, paid until December 9th.
    2. When you switch to the annual plan, the payment for the remaining days of December (until the 9th) will be applied as a credit.
    3. The new annual plan starts on December 10th, and your billing will be for the full year from that date.

4. Adjust the 'Auto Renew Subscription' toggle according to your preference:
  1. You can enable the 'Auto Renew Subscription' toggle, which allows for automatic deduction of payments for hassle-free transactions.
  2. Turning off the 'Auto Renew Subscription' toggle will cancel your subscription before the renewal date and will not be auto-renewed.

And that's how you can manage your subscription and inclusions.
