Overview
In this article, we'll discuss the use of LTI 1.3 for easily sharing your AI-generated courses to your LMS. To easily follow the process, we'll break this into different parts.
If you use Moodle LMS, including eSkilled's Moodle LMS, this is the recommended sharing option as it is the most secure and provides the best data progression reporting and grading data back to your LMS.

Step tutorial
Generating Keys in the AI Course Creator (AICC) Site
1. From the home page, go to 'Administration', then 'Settings'.
2. Under 'LTI Domains', add the URL of your Moodle site (e.g. https://lms.eskilled.com.au).
NOTE: You can enable a domain for all courses. If this option is selected, the domain will be automatically chosen, and you will skip the domain selection process mentioned in Step 3.
3. If you haven't enabled the toggle mentioned in the second step, go to 'Courses', and choose the course you like. Click on the menu in the upper right of the thumbnail, select 'Enable LTI 1.3', choose the domain you want this course to be available in, and save it.

2. Click 'More', then select 'LTI External tools' from the drop-down.
3. You'll see a list of previously created LTI External tools. Click the 'Add Tool' button to begin.
4. Fill in the necessary information.
Tool name – Add your preferred tool name (e.g. AICC Courses).
Tool URL – You can find the value of this in the AI Course Creator (AICC) Site Keys part of this tutorial.

NOTE: Make sure to select 1.3 as the LTI version. Complete the remaining field and follow these services settings:
5. Click the 'Save changes' button once done.
Keys

NOTE: For this part, please contact eSkilled support (
support@eskilled.com.au) so we can provide the necessary keys. This is applicable only to clients using eSkilled's LMS. If you’re using a different LMS provider, please contact them for assistance.
1. To obtain the necessary keys from Moodle, you must have Site Administrator privileges. Navigate to Site administration > Plugins > External tool > Manage tools.
2. You should be able to find the LTI tool you added in the previous steps. Click on the configuration details button. Once a prompt pops up, take note of the Public keyset URL, Access token URL, and Authentication request URL.
Course
1. Open the course where you want to add the activity, and add the created resource in a topic.
2. Add the activity name.

NOTE: To enable grade saving, navigate to 'Grade' and ensure 'Allow [Resource Name] to add grades in the gradebook' is enabled. This will enable the LTI to record grades effectively.
3. Once complete, click the 'Save and display' button.
4. When you first launch the tool on the LMS, you will be prompted to enter the keys from Moodle. Use the keys you retrieved earlier from the Keys part of this tutorial and add them here. Note that these keys cannot be changed afterwards, so ensure accuracy during this process.

NOTE: After doing so, you need to reopen the window or refresh the browser.
5. Now, you should be able to link the course you want.

NOTE: You cannot change the selected course, but you can recreate the resource if you want to add a new one.
